Took my Tundra in for regular maintenance, alignment and tire rotation. The services they did on my truck was beyond my expectations including customer service. I was very impressed on the detailed descriptions they gave me on my truck in the emails which includes pictures. Now tell me what service shops does that? Love these guys. They take good care of of my SUV and now my husband's truck. When I have been in a crunch they let me drop off my SUV with no notice and get it taken care of by end of day. They have even offered to give me a ride into work (work is near by) while they work on my SUV. I have several friends who go here now, only positive experiences. Family owned and operated. The new store in Hugo is beautiful, an amazing upgrade from the previous store. I've been bringing my vehicle to TGK for the past several years now. Every single time has been a great experience. Derrik and all of the staff is always friendly and very welcoming. I'm not the best at scheduling appointments in advanced, but Derrik always finds a way to get my vehicle in the shop when needed as soon as possible. All of my vehicle maintenance and misc repairs are always taken care of by the TGK staff, and they always do a great job in a proper amount of time. Thank you TGK staff for doing such a great job.
