Great shop to have your vehicle serviced! I’m new to MN and have been here twice…I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I was fortunate to have worked with Pete both times! He’s professional, honest and there’s no BS there!!!! They are a busy shop but managed to fit me in both times! Thanks again Pete and the team at TGK Auto….you’ve got a lifetime customer for sure!

Andy, Dan and all the rest of the gang there are AMAZING! I went from a routine oil change, as a new customer, to needing a new transmission on one of my next visits. Could not have been HAPPIER with the service I received, from the get-go. Not only did the repairs get done in a very professional and timely manner, but they all made/make me feel like I matter, and they want me to have a great experience. I LOVE walking into the lobby because I KNOW that I'm going to be treated like I'm "family", and that is so appreciated. Thank you so much! YOU GUYS ROCK! 

Did a nice job of getting close to matching a price from a competitor (Fleet Farm) and was happy to pay slightly more for the same product and service since it's more local and convenient. A little disappointed, as the FF quote had included nationwide road hazard coverage and I thought the coverage would be the same here, but in follow up found only for TGK locations for coverage. So not quite as comparable as originally thought. Service was done quickly and they are very courteous. They were great when they were Harlands Tire; hope the commitment and customer service remain the same.

I would highly recommend the services at this garage. The staff was polite, professional and did my work in the time quoted. The prices were fair and I was advised of other issues that may or may not need further attention. I'd give them 5 stars! I also received by mail the nicest thank you card and contact information. Great personalized service!

My first appointment was just for an oil change and was very happy with their location and their customer service. They recommended new tires, alignment, and new brakes with flush which I made a later appointment. Very happy with my service advisor Dylan and their service manager Dan. Great communication and fair prices. I highly recommend them.

The plastic shield under the engine compartment broke loose and was dragging on the pavement. When I stopped to purchase an oil change coupon, I asked if the tech could pull the plastic off to end dragging sound. Immediately put my car up on the rack and fixed the problem, no charge. A competing shop told me to make an appt. -- don't do unscheduled customer assistance. Your employee's understanding and help are why I'll keep coming back and recommending you to others.
